All prices below are prices exclusive of VAT. Please send us your request (date check-in, check-out date, number of rooms, children's age, etc.) and the services you want (breakfast, half board, leisure activities, etc) and you will receive the detailed offer including the price calculation with VAT included.

Accommodation:

Maximum capacity: 3 double rooms

In all 3 rooms the beds can be arranged both ways:  matrimonial (double bed) or twin (separate beds)

Double room for 1 night = 200 lei/night

Double room for > 1 night = 160 lei/night

Db room in single use for 1 night = 150 lei/night

Db room in single use for > 1 night = 120 lei/night

Children <2 years (sharing bed with parents) = 0 lei/night

Children 2-7 years (sharing bed with parents) = 20 lei/night

Rooms no 1 and no 2 can accommodate an extra bed.

Extra bed for 1 night = 70 lei / night

Extra bed for > 1 night = 50 lei / night

One day of accommodation is considered from h 16.00 until next day at h 12.00.

Note: please do not arrive earlier as between h 12.00-16.00 we do the cleaning and prepare the rooms for you!

Attention!

In high season (1 May - 31 Aug) we give priority to those clients who want our full package (accommodation + half board + leisure activities). Those who want to book just accommodation and meals (so no leisure activities included) can book only with 2-3 days before the arrival date (and obviously only if we do not have reservations with leisure activities included)

We do not accept pets!

Meals:

We only serve home-made meals from the traditional Transylvanian cuisine and only on early booking basis (for breakfast at least 24 hours before and for dinner 3-4 days ahead).  We do not take orders on the spot (orders "a la carte").

Full board = 105 lei/pers:

        Breakfast = 25 lei (Swedish buffet)

        Lunch = 25 lei (picnic package during leisure activities)

        Dinner = 55 lei (palinka, 1st course, main course, dessert, mineral water)

        Children <2 years = 100% discount

        Children 2-7 years = 50% discount

Half board (breakfast + dinner) = 25 + 55 = 80 lei/pers

(lunch can be served on one of the terraces of Colibita).

Deluxe menu = 115 lei / pers

        Breakfast = 25 lei (Swedish buffet)

        Lunch = 25 lei (picnic package during leisure activities)

        Dinner = 75 lei (palinka, traditional aperitifs, 1st course, main course,   

        dessert, mineral water, beer, homemade wine)

        Children <2 years = 100% discount

        Children 2-7 years = 50% discount

Attention!

* Customers do not have access to the kitchen for their own cooking

* You cannot store your own food in the house fridge

* You cannot serve your own food in the house or outside on the terraces

* you cannot prepare (on your own) grills outside or on on the beach of the lake!

Leisure activities:

SUMMER SEASON (1 MAY-30 SEPTEMBER)

Rafting (prices for a group of minimum 6)

Rafting on Golden Bistrita river (Suceava County) = 150 lei/pers (family rafting, class 1, between Chiril and Toance Gorges)

Rafting on Bistrita Ardeleana river (Colibitza Lake) = 150 lei/person (sportive rafting, class 3, downstream Colibitza dam when water is turbined)

Rafting on Rebra river (Rodnei Mt) = 200 lei/person (sportive rafting, class 3, organized mainly in the spring when the snow melts)

Note: It is not mandatory for participants to know swimming. The equipment includes a mandatory life-jacket. Each boat is run by a professional rafting guide. For class 1 rafting the minimum age of children is 5 y.o and for class 3 the minimum age is 14 y.o.

Sea kayaking (prices for a group of minimum 4)

Sea-kayaking course on Lake Colibitza = 150 lei/person (with instructor and sit-in, plastic touring kayaks)

Note: It is not mandatory for participants to know swimming. The equipment includes a mandatory life-jacket. Minimum age of children for single kayak is 14 y.o. and for double kayak (with one parent in tandem) is 5 y.o. The group is accompanied by a professional kayaking guide.

White-water-kayaking (prices for a group of minimum 6)

WW-kayaking trip on Golden Bistrita river = 150 lei/person (price includes guides and transportation; river ideal for initiation in withe-water-kayaking;)

WW-kayaking on fast mountain rivers (Bistrita Ardeleana, Rebra, Anies, Cormaia) = 200 lei/pers (includes guides and transportation; rivers only for advanced kayakers)

W-kayaking course = 150 lei/person/stage (includes instructor, inflatable or plastic white-water kayaks); Stage 1: with inflatable kayaks on class 1 section of Golden Bistrita river (Zugreni-Toance); Stage 2: with inflatable kayaks on class 2 & 3 on Golden Bistrita river (Lala- Carlibaba); Stage 3: with plastic kayaks on class 1 section of Golden Bistrita river (Zugreni-Toance); Stage 4: with plastic kayaks on class 2 & 3 on Golden Bistrita river (Lala- Carlibaba);

Note: It is not mandatory for participants to know swimming. The equipment includes a mandatory life-jacket. The group is lead by one or two professional kayaking guides. Children can only participate in the kayak trip on class 1 section of Golden Bistrita river and only in a double inflatable kayak in tandem with one of the parents. The recommended minimum age for this trip is 10-12 y.o.

Mountain hiking (prices for a group of minimum 6)

Hiking on Pripoare Ridge (Casarul Peak) = 50 lei/person (easy hike on the mountain behind our guesthouse to admire the panorama of Colibitza Lake)

Pastoral hiking on Ciosa ridge = 100 lei/pers (including transportation with minibus)

Pastoral hiking trough Cartibav Meadows = 100 lei/pers (including transportation)

Pastoral hiking on Caliman Smida ridge = 100 lei/pers (including transportation)

Sportive ascension on Orban's peak = 100 lei/person (including transportation)

Sportive ascension on Bistriciorul peak = 100 lei/person (including transportation)

Note: sportive ascensions are recommended only for trained people

Mountain biking (only guiding, no renting bicycles)

Guiding the tour of Lake Colibitza = 300 lei/group

Guiding the tour of Colibita Valley (Lake Colibita + Lake Zanelor) = 500 lei/group

Guiding on tailored trails in northern Carpathians = 600 lei/day/group + cost of gas  

Mountaineering (prices for a group of minimum 6)

Mountaineering, booster and Tyrolean in the Soimului Gorges = 200 lei/person  

Windsurfing course (prices for a group of minimum 4)

Windsurfing course = 150 lei / pers  

Swimming and triathlon course (prices for a group of minimum 4)

Endurance swimming course for triathlon = 100 lei/person/2 hour session

Guiding Triathlon Colibitza (2 km swim, 40 km bicycle, 10 km running) = 200 lei/pers  

Cultural tours (max 8 people; with Caliman Club minivan):

1 day trip to Bucovina painted monasteries = 1470 lei/group (Voronet - Humor - Arbore - Sucevita - Moldovita)

1 day trip to Maramures wooden churches = 1490 lei/group (Ieud - Rozavlea - Barsana - Harnicesti - Surdesti - Calinesti)

1 day trip to Saxon fortified churches in southern Transylvania = 1520 lei/group (Sighisoara - Malancrav - Copsa Mare - Biertan - Mosna - Medias)

WINTER SEASON (15 DECEMBER - 15 MARCH)

Ski-touring or snowshoeing (prices for a group of minimum 6)

Initiation on Pripoare ridge (behind our lodge) = 200 lei/person

One day tour on trails around Colibitza Lake = 250 lei/person

1 day ski-tour on Bistriciorul Peak = 300 lei/pers (including transportation)

Ski touring trip Colibitza Lake – Dracula Castle in Tihuta Pass (1 day) = 300 lei/person (including transportation)

Free-ride skiing & snowboarding (prices for a group of minimum 6):

Free ride skiing on Casarul Peak (2 km climbing, 2.5 km free ride) = 150 lei/person

Free ride skiing on Bistriciorul Peak (5 km climbing, 10 km free ride descent) = 300 lei/pers

Snowboarding  (prices for a group of minimum 6):

Snowboarding course = 200 lei/person (including transportation to Tihuta slope)

Note: the rate does not include the chair lift.

Winter mountaineering & rescue  (prices for a group of minimum 6):

Winter mountaineering initiation = 200 lei/person (using the crampons, ice axe, etc)

Winter rescue & survival initiation = 200 lei/person (using the Pipes, the avalanche probe, building igloo or a snow shelter)

Besides leisure activities, we also offer:

Kayak rental (inflatable kayaks, sg or db, without instructor) = 25 lei/person/hour or 50 lei for 1/2 day (AM or PM)

Beach access and lounge chair = 25 lei/person/day.

Note: for Caliman Club's clients the lounge chairs are free of charge.
